No problems with care I received. But getting an appointment is the hardest.

-The receptionist has taken a very quick action about my visit today.
-Getting an appointment process was extremely problematic. I had to wait 3 Fridays for this appointment, called a tleast 10 times. I just then pop up and got this appointment.
